Changes. We may reschedule, change, or cancel a webinar at any time. If that happens, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees.
Recording. Webinars may be recorded. If you participate through chat, Q&A, audio, or video, you consent to that participation being included in the recording and in related materials.
Conduct. You agree not to disrupt the webinar, post unlawful or offensive content, or record, copy, or redistribute webinar content without our written permission. We may remove any attendee who violates these rules.
No charge. Registration is free unless the registration page clearly states otherwise.
3. Consent to Marketing Communications
Email. By registering, you agree to receive emails from WSA about the webinar. If you check the email marketing box, you also agree to receive newsletters, event invitations, resources, and offers related to association and nonprofit consulting services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address.
Text messages and phone calls. If you check the SMS/phone consent box and provide your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages (SMS/MMS) and phone calls from Wendy Scott & Associates at the number provided, including webinar reminders, event updates, and promotional offers. These messages and calls may be sent using automated technology or include prerecorded or artificial voice.
Consent is not a condition of registration or of any purchase.
